God grant me the strength to overcome my weaknesses with You all things are possible.

God will help you, if you have the faith to believe. The reason you are eating more than you want to, is because of evil spirits send them away.

You cant give up on yourself and this quest for better health. You did have an emotional upset a month or so ago, job related, which is most likely having an effect on you eating patterns. Things will get better. You are going to be able to get back on track and watch the scales go down. To stumble is not a problem,the problem is when we dont get back up and finish the race. If I can help in any way know Im here to cheer you on...
