Why am I not losing on only day 16??
156.4 lb Lost so far: 9.6 lb.    Still to go: 21.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Hang in there. You may have hit a plateau. This is typically when you will lose inches as your body readjusts itself to your new weight. How are your clothes fitting? That is more important than the number on the scale. Lynn

Thanks Lynn, I was measured last Thursday and the inches haven't changed much either. I do feel like the clothing is fitting loser but I haven't lost anything since Day 7. I keep trying to figure out if I am doing anything wrong. Could toothpaste or a lotion that I think is oil free be the problem??
