This is on our home scale which was lower than Jen's in Hawaii
175.0 lb Lost so far: 49.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1236 kcal Fat: 39.02g | Prot: 76.84g | Carb: 160.24g.   Breakfast: smart balance peanut butter, brownberry double protein, Lower Sugar Maple & Brown Sugar Instant Oatmeal, Milk (Nonfat) , Blueberries (Unsweetened, Frozen) . Lunch: great value yogurt, muscle milk. Dinner: chocolate tort, salad dressing, romaine lettuce salad, dinner roll, red pepper, green beans, carrots, filet mignon. Snacks/Other: great value yogurt, peanuts, shortbread cookies, Fuji Apples, Light String Cheese. more...
