Been visiting son at college ate alot of dining commons food. So many yummy choices. BUT also upping my walking hope to be at 5 miles a day and hiking really need to get my numbers up because walking ½ marathon in 7 weeks!
147.6 lb Lost so far: 97.4 lb.    Still to go: 7.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.9 lb a week
