Happy Monday - got a new scale that calculates body percentages so that’s pretty cool. I’ve been curious for a while now and it was fairly affordable.

Body Fat: 31.4%
Skeletal Muscle: 40%
Water: 47%
167.6 lb Lost so far: 70.4 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I need a new one. keeps listing me at 20%. granted it's higher than when I got my dexa scan (that said 13 and my scale said 18-20.) but my abs are the best indicator. when they're in I'm lean. currently they're well protected under a layer of bubble wrap 😝😝
