Well, I'm up a little, but still under my goal. I am thinking about doing the MOVE again for another week. I really need to be strict about what I eat. I really enjoy being well under my goal. There is a lady that I bowl with who went on the HCG diet 2 years ago and I could see the weight creeping back up on her. I have never mentioned it to her but she is bigger now than when she went on the diet. That's what happens when you go back to your old way of eating. I imagine she is upset with herself, as I would be, because I have done exactly that in the past. I done want people making that same observation about me.
165.0 lb Lost so far: 36.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
