1985 kcal Fat: 63.40g | Prot: 123.36g | Carb: 247.23g.   Breakfast: Milk (Nonfat), Maple & Brown Sugar High Fiber Instant Oatmeal. Lunch: Sesame Chik'n, Swiss Cheese, Peanut Butter, Celery . Dinner: Shortbread Cookies, Fruit Cocktail or Mix, Cooked Asparagus (from Fresh), Long Grain & Wild Ready Rice, Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast. Snacks/Other: chunk light low sodium, Light Fat Free Yogurt, Double Fiber Whole Grain 100% Whole Wheat Bread, Boiled Egg, Oranges , Dry Roasted Almonds (with Salt Added) . more...
