While my weigh-in does show a slight increase, I'm not concerned about it because of my obvious water retention (puffy eyes and even dizziness). I did not do very well this week on my diet, but i did great on my exercise. it helps soooo much to have nice weather! I tend to lose in the spring anyway, so im hoping to see this working esp well with my diet. As far as the biggest loser contest at work, i think I'm in the lead. My main competitor is fairly large and told me at one point that she had lost 13 lbs, but she took a diuretic and isn't making a real effort. My other person has gained 10lbs. I hope i win, there's over $200 in it for the winner! And the good thing is that I was doing it anyway. :-)
