I fasted yesterday and ate almost within 20gram fat and protein.. weight did not move .
Had OMAD yesterday.
And had cream and coffee ... that part was heaven !!!
137.8 lb Lost so far: 25.6 lb.    Still to go: 16.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
