made a few bad choices yesterday. It was a classic day where I exercised hard and then ate thinking "i'm entitled" to the cheats. If you go by calorie out put I likely burned 1500 calories….My cheat was probably 500 to 700 calories. Well onward and upward. Most significant challenge is the soreness my body is experiencing from squash/ That is the challenge.
