105/12/7/36 2021/October/2021 D Workouts/2021 PT was this morning. L hip a little sore during workout, but mostly fine later. Workout had lots of good hip stuff. Remember those, such as weighted bar bends.
239.6 lb Lost so far: 0.4 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.7 lb a week
