ai, jai, jai!! new day, new start!
I have my SPECIFIC goals. Im MOTIVATED! I didnt want to go to gym this morning, reckon next week is the REAL start of my new training programme, but i went anyway and as usual, i did not regret it. ran a bit slower, but i did my time. so. Need to get ready for that race on 10 April. booking a massage for the 11th and going shopping for new running shoes.
