I need to be more determined.

Waist: 68cm
Arm: 26cm

- weigh myself everyday
- record everything I have eaten
- measure waist & arms weekly
122.1 lb Lost so far: 5.7 lb.    Still to go: 6.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
