Another two day cleanse down! :) Started a new fitness program this week and started walking again, got 12 miles in this week! Lets see what I get done this week ;) The sky is the limit! Set a goal and go for it!!! We can do anything we set our minds to!!!
266.4 lb Lost so far: 6.6 lb.    Still to go: 136.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 2.4 lb a week
