ate well yesterday. relaxed and did sleep a lot. a result of week long stress from work. was sore from Fridays squash. 3-2 win over Christian, 3-1 Win over Mike and 3-1 win over Isiah. There is no doubt that I have to "get skinny" to put less stress on my body for my tough squash matches.
As for eating….need to focus on getting more nutrition in.
