Well my baby is now 2 months old and I am ready to try and loose the baby weight and more! Here's to starting over and taking one day at a time. :)

253.6 lb Lost so far: 10.4 lb. Still to go: 54.6 lb. Diet followed poorly.

gaining 0.8 lb a week

I'm glad to see you have signed in recently.......we will have to work extra hard this summer.......Errol took the bike out of stotage and I went to two spinnng classes. They are sooooooooo exciting......i love it........
