Woo Hoo!

Have been on the cabbage soup diet this week. Only down a few pounds, but I did cheat a little with some salt ... so I am not experiencing the water weight loss. Hopefully what I have lost isn't water weight and will stay gone. :)
150.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 5.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
