Hang in there. As long as you have calorie deficits, the weight will go down. Just never fast enough for some of us. 😊

Be sure to look at body fat percentage instead of weight. The use of pictures and body fat percentage gives a better idea to health than the scale does by faaar. I’m sure it’s just normal fluctuations that caused this gain. Keep smiling and now you are doing okay! 😋
