Tried staying away from the scale all week because I was afraid of how much weight I gained after a binge weekend. Stepped on the scale today and was down almost a pound, I was extremely suprised.

Yesterday I got back to hitting the weights after a week off and threw in some interval training for my run. Today is supposed to be in the 60's so I'll be attempting a 10 mile run. Happy St Patrick's day all!
190.6 lb Lost so far: 74.4 lb.    Still to go: 10.6 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Heya, did u run 10mile? The most distance I ran so far was 5 miles, I wanna build up to really long runs. Probably gonna try 2mor! Sometimes pig-out gives a kick to ur body and u actually loose weight! I still don't get that part LOL

I didn't get the full 10 miles in unfortunately. The course which I was running would of ended up about 8 miles but I got sick about 7 miles in and had to walk the last mile :(. Yeah, I've noticed that things work strangely like that haha. As long as I keep my "splurging" to just one day I keep losing weight.
