yesterday ….no exercise! Rest. Eating was average Smoothie King at Lunch Blueberries for breakfast. Diner hjad blueberry pie cheat and some gelato. Average to poor day.
192.2 lb Lost so far: 0.6 lb.    Still to go: 24.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
