Well, I had better get myself back on track! No excuses! Just not enough exercise and too much of the inappropriate foods. What else can I say?
199.0 lb Lost so far: 50.0 lb.    Still to go: 19.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 6.3 lb a week
