Ate alotta of peanuts blueberries and feta yesterday .
Certainly went over 20 gram carbs and protein 😔.
Its 10:33am , seriously hungry .. but trying to fast 😣🤔
136.9 lb Lost so far: 26.5 lb.    Still to go: 15.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
