Been doing 24day AB challenge and 31day cardio challenge and whole body acing , must be the muscle forming. loving it. ;)will continue to do it.. got to push my body.
my weight is still 50kg, scale i use is non-digital so can't see much difference but my body felt real good after all the challenge.
