Found Leslie Sansone on demand. Walked 1 mile 3 times last week. My goal this week is 2 miles...I did a 2 mile today (and that kicked my out of shape butt!). :)
144.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 24.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
