Had a very good workout yesterday. I added lifting to my regimen after the advice of my chiropractor. It was very nice. I ate well until dinner. I don't have TKD classes this week so I get to be home, which means I will eat much more than normal. Time to work harder.
222.4 lb Lost so far: 72.6 lb.    Still to go: 2.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
