Can't believe I can do 100 crunches!! 30 and 70 were hard weeks but I pushed threw. What do I do next week though.....
177.0 lb Lost so far: 46.0 lb.    Still to go: 14.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.7 lb a week
