I held off my weekly Monday weigh in until today. Last week I did reasonably well eating, but a few of those days were eating out a bit more than I liked, and there were a few nights I was hungry and had a late night snack of peanutbutter & crackers, chips & salsa. I also missed two workouts over the weekend and had salty Chinese food Sunday night. So all that combined would throw off my weight, or not help improve it.

Monday was 224, and I knew that was a bit artificially high, so I decided to stay dedicated and weigh in later in the week. By Wed I was 220.5 with only continued exercise and dedication on the food intake. I did minor modifications like eat the 130 calorie protein instead of the 150 calorie one, so not sure how much those little changes affected things. Still, I'm impressed I dropped a pound in a little over a week considering last week's semi poor diet.

Today I'm going to double up on one of the exercises I missed last week, and consider the other one I missed a wash since I walked around Knott's with a toddler for 5 hours. Lets see if I can drop below 220 by next week!
220.5 lb Lost so far: 9.5 lb.    Still to go: 35.5 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
