Lost 14kgs two years ago slowly gained 12 back over 2 years. But look who is back. Ready to smash these next kgs and win at maintaining.
172.4 lb Lost so far: 2.2 lb.    Still to go: 28.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
