Well yesterday was a good day overall. Two small cheats. Had a Caffeine Free Regular Coke. 1 Can. Also had a small biscoti. Had greek salad and pasta for super and tacos for lunch. Usual blueberries for breakfast.

190.0 lb Lost so far: 2.8 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
