I took a week off. Went camping last weekend but had to cut the trip short when 2am Sunday my daughter wakes up hot, sick and throws up on the floor. As we were far away from any places to get meds, didn't know what she might have, we decided best to packup and were driving home by 3:30am and home before 6am. That threw my body for a loop. My daughter was fine by Tuesday, but then my wife eventually got whatever my daughter had (not covid), and then my wife was out sick the rest of the week. I never got what they had, but was just more generally tired so I didn't wake up early to work out all of last week. Maybe my body was secretly fighting what they had which is why I was tired. Who knows. Was also tending to two sick girls. Back at it this morning, cardio, eased into it but amazing what not working out for a week and eating a bit more poorly will do. Hopefully this weight is water weight (did have more salty foods) and I can knock it down quickly.
201.5 lb Lost so far: 28.5 lb.    Still to go: 16.5 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Eating some potassium foods ie bananas can bring your sodium down
