Been eating and drinking off my usual intermediate fasting so not getting back to my back to 140 ....

Need more exercise doing 13 mile walk in Dec. doing 5 miles easily these days
146.6 lb Lost so far: 98.4 lb.    Still to go: 6.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
