My daughter came over last night with a pot of beans. I knew I should not have indulged but I didn't want to hurt her feelings so I did have a small bowl of them and a piece of fresh hot cornbread and it was 7:30 at night. I guess it could have been worse.
229.8 lb Lost so far: 40.2 lb.    Still to go: 99.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
