yesterday was a good day overall with three small cheats. Had a small package of raisin ettes and a small package of pringles. Had a glass of ginger ale. To move forward I will need to eliminate these cheats. I weighed 191 after exercise. Did not eat anything past 7PM yesterday. Played squash.

Today april 1 weighed 191 after exercise. This is the two year mark for cayman. Started at 237. Total loss 45 pounds.
191.0 lb Lost so far: 1.8 lb.    Still to go: 23.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 19.6 lb a week
