1200 caloric deficit yesterday. Lots of cardio and dancing! I only lost .2 pounds, but that's basically my goal. Just have to keep it up!
136.6 lb Lost so far: 8.4 lb.    Still to go: 16.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
