I may be crazy, but when I can weigh in every day during the week and see my weight it helps me know that I'm on track and to keep it up. So far the scale has been good to me. I know I do much better during the week. How does everyone keep on the plan on the weekends??
194.5 lb Lost so far: 3.5 lb.    Still to go: 34.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
