I did not do good at all this past week. I kinda forgot to exercise plus I am unable to do alot at the moment as I have something wrong with my right knee that keeps me from doing alot right now. I ended up gaining a little this week. I am not going to let myself get upset about it because I know that I go up and down a few lbs. I did not eat too well this weekend as we took the kids to Pizza Hut on Saturday as they all did good on their report cards this grading period. And, of course, pizza is one of my favorite foods so I overate. I also do not worry about how much I eat when we go out to eat as we do not go out to eat very often at all. I was finally able to ride my bike as we had the money to get tires for all of the bikes. Plus, I have an exercise bike that I rode on for a few minutes just now and rode my bike for a little while earlier today. Will try to do better this week.
