I finally see the scale going down and I'm shocked. I've been at this (cutting back and exercising consistently)for 2 months. At least I know what I'm doing is working. So far what I have been doing is cutting back my portions and making lower-calorie, lower-fat food choices. And no longer eating after 9 at night and if I do have a snack, I choose low-fat popcorn with Parkay no- calorie butter spray or sugar-free Jell-O instead of a whole meal. I also do indoor walking workouts most by GrowwithJo or Reps to the Rhythm on YouTube. I am hoping (with the help or God) I can keep this momentum going.
