Forgot to log in the other day. Skipped yesterday bec. I had to bring son to doctor. He has Strep. :( Today, is actually my Day 4 of working out. It was rough. I'm exhausted. Baby girl isn't sleeping well, so that means: neither is this mommy. :(

**MORNING WORKOUT**
1.)5 minute Arm Workout
2.)5 minute Back Workout
3.)5 minute Standing Ab WOrkout
4.)Leslie Sansone's "1 Mile Walk"
5.)Push-ups 20
143.5 lb Lost so far: 16.5 lb.    Still to go: 25.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.2 lb a week

Great you are doing a back workout mums need strong backs! Makes life easier with lifting kids. Hope your baby starts sleeping well soon.
