The journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step!

I was aiming 14 min jump rope hit workout but I pushed until 20 min🎉 At first I couldn't jump for 2 min without my chest catching fire but now I don't hyperventilate that much afterwards😁
222.9 lb Lost so far: 37.3 lb.    Still to go: 68.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
