Small calorie deficit (20%), weight training and some cardio.
Who came up with the theory that you have to use more calories than you take in was not a fun person.
It does work and I feel a lot better and look a lot better as I am getting back on track.
Again....slow and steady like the tortoise.
168.0 lb Lost so far: 36.0 lb.    Still to go: 3.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
