I have no idea how I have gained weight! I have been eating healthier than I have since I was pregnant and actually exercising which I haven't done for years. I'm literally about to cry... I get hungry throughout the day as it is, so cutting more calories isn't going to work. and I don't know how to get more exercise as a single parent of a toddler. very frustrated
