That's awesome! I think having a little cake sometimes or some other treat as a reward for mini-goals being achieved helps a lot. In my experience it's bad for my motivation to keep off sweet things for too long. =)
Out of interest: By when do you wanna have reached your goal? Our goals are pretty much the same.
