Lost an ENTIRE pound in a day! AND I ate a cupcake yesterday! Feeling great :D
137.6 lb Lost so far: 7.4 lb.    Still to go: 17.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

That's awesome! I think having a little cake sometimes or some other treat as a reward for mini-goals being achieved helps a lot. In my experience it's bad for my motivation to keep off sweet things for too long. =) Out of interest: By when do you wanna have reached your goal? Our goals are pretty much the same.

Well I'm aiming the end of May for my Prom, 55 days away, but that's sort of a stretch.
