Will monitor what i eat today. Yesterday i just eat ( the entire day ) must shake off this 7kgs😳❤️🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾 STG- first try to reach 59kg - 3 kgs! No chocolate So i had 3 bottles sparkling water. A salad for lunch and half a wrap and broad beans curry ( with nuts chutney and carrot salad . Also has drinkopop woth supper. So no chocolate craving. Tomorrow i will eat less that today
