I have been working out at the gym and
running at HS tracks. I am also eating healthy foods and have cut way back on the sweets. Adding muscle. Feeling good! Start boxing again next week.
153.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
