Zoodles last night for dinner. Always results in a drop.
180.3 lb Lost so far: 41.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I actually prefer zoodles over pasta! My taste buds have definitely changed..

I'm still getting used to the zoodles. I miss the texture of al dente pasta: I grew up in an Italian household. But they're a great substitute if I can get a zucchini small enough to fit in my spiralizer!
