I am on day 24 of not smoking and I have started to go to the gym every day for at least one half hour. I am mostly doing treadmill and elliptical and a little circuit training. I am eating a lot of soup and salads and a healthy breakfast, but I need a better menu at night. I have joined a healthy snack mail order program called Graze. Just got my first box and it is great.
