it seems my weight is going to come off very slowly. I think I'm okay with that, as long as it is moving in the right direction. my inflammation is also down, I'm feeling a lot better since I've been taking in less sugar and watching my calorie intake. life at 48 🙄
215.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 80.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
