Whoop whoop! Doing well. I cut back on my coffee to two cups a day, can't let go of my sugar anf milk so then just cutting down and seeing it as a wonderful treat after cleaning the house in the morning and a treat before fetching my other son at school. Been walking/running three times a week: twice for 30 min and once for an hour.
Also focusing on protein and veggies. My 10 o'clock snack is a great fruit smoothie with some ensure (protein powders are SOOOOOO expensive! :,(

So just keeping the tekkies on and powering through...
139.1 lb Lost so far: 4.2 lb.    Still to go: 17.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
