OK... not fair! I had gone down to 196 lbs. in the last few weeks. I was eating light dinners, mostly salad or fruit with yogurt or cottage cheese. But this weekend, I ate a lot of red meat. Fajitas, burgers, and last night a filet mignon. Plus, I have not gone to the gym lately. I went once last week, and haven't gone yet this week. Why is it so easy to put the weight back on, and so hard to take it off?!?! ARGH! Well, I'm going back to the gym to vent my frustrations on the treadmill...
200.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 50.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.5 lb a week
