Expecting a plateau or even a small increase for a bit since I upped my calorie intake. When I was stuck last time, increasing to 1400 worked, so maybe 1500 is doable where I am now. My BMR is somewhere between 1200-1400 and I stay pretty active.
121.8 lb Lost so far: 31.6 lb.    Still to go: 1.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
